External Transfer Outside NBU.
General Conditions according to the study and examination regulations.
-The student must come from an accredited college or university recognized by the Ministry of Education, and must have completed at least one semester.
-A cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 out of 5.0 or equivalent is required.
-The student must not have been previously been expelled for disciplinary reasons.
-Transfers from private college to NBU are not allowed.
-For Health colleges, the student must have completed a full academic year at the equivalent college at their current institution and successfully passed first year courses.
-The candidate's admission percentage must be below the percentage used at the time of admission to the health college
-If its later discovered post transfer that the student had been expelled for disciplinary reasons, their enrollment will be cancelled from the acceptance date.
-The transfer must comply with conditions proposed by the relevant college council and approved by the university council.
-The process must follow procedures published in the academic calendar.

Internal Transfers Within NBU
General Conditions according to the study and examination regulations.
Transfers are allowed between colleges, departments within the same college, between majors within the same department. All transfers are subject to regulations approved by the University Council or its delegates.
A. Transfers between colleges.
Transfer requests are submitted through the banner system within academic calendar deadlines.
Eligible if the student has not exceeded 2 years bachelor's or 1 year diploma and has completed at least one semester.
Transfers must be finalized within the first week of the semester otherwise its postponed.
Only one transfer is allowed during the study period, Unless an exception is granted by the University president or delegate.
B. Transfer between departments or majors

- Remaining coursework must cover graduation requirements.
- Only one transfer is permitted the student's study unless approves as an exception by the University president or delegate.
