Coinciding with the university's implementation of the electronic transactions program and the computerization of all paperwork procedures and processes, whether at the academic, administrative and technical levels, and within the university's development plan for its academic services provided to students, and facilitating the work of academic advisors in organizing and coordinating the admission and registration processes for students, the Deanship of Admission and Registration, in cooperation with the University Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs, organized a training course on electronic conformity of courses, on Tuesday 7/6/1440 AH, in the smart training hall at the College of Science in the University City in Arar, where it was attended by vice deans of colleges and academic advisors, and it was transmitted via video conferencing technology to the university's branches in the governorates of Rafha, Turaif and Al-Uwaiqaila, in both male and female sections, and was presented by Mr. Fahad Al-Shaalan, Director of the Alumni Unit at the Deanship of Admission and Registration at the University. 

During the course, Mr. Al-Shaalan reviewed the procedures followed in the matching process, relying on the course code, its number in the study plan, the description of the course according to the specialization, department and program, the number of credit hours, and the method of debating the courses before completing the matching process, where Mr. Al-Shaalan indicated that the Deanship seeks through the matching system to get rid of paper transactions, and to accelerate the service procedures provided to students when transferring and transferring at the level of the university's faculties, or specializations and programs in one college, in a way that ensures the smooth registration of semester courses according to the study plan, and facilitates the task of academic advisors, in order to ensure a flexible academic journey for students to reach the graduation stage until the student completes the requirements for obtaining a degree.
